We booked Acoustra for our wedding in May this year. They were just fantastic! They played all different types of music and were so accommodating in playing some Irish dancing music for the dancers! They sang our first dance which was brilliant and finished with a Coldplay song which everyone is still talking about. It was amazing. The dance floor was hopping all night. Thanks so much lads! I cannot recommend them enough

Acoustra played at our wedding in September and I cannot recommend them enough to any couple looking for an amazing wedding band! they were absolutely fantastic and the amount if comments and questions we received about the band just showed us how impressed everyone was! the band have such a massive song count that they play and they took on board what we liked and didn’t and made the dance floor hop all night long! I personally danced my feet off all night and we are so thankful for having ye as part of our day!

Who would have thought you could find an Irish band in the depths of Northumberland? These chaps played at my wedding to my beautiful bride, Laura. We were on an ill-fated trip to Limerick but serendipity being what it is, we contacted Dylan and went to watch him and Pat (another member of the band) play as a duo in a small town outside Limerick. And that was when we decided we wanted them in England. And so it happened. We spent two days with this mad-cap group who also happen to be extraordinarily talented, belly-bustingly funny and will bend over backwards to make sure time spent with them is entertaining, hilarious and sometimes sweaty! They will take every request you have and make it a reality. For our first dance we choose Yazoo’s Only You and they turned it into the most amazing Irish folk rendition. We were moved and astounded. Acoustra played at our wedding in December 2017 in Killarney, Kerry and also provided the dj. We first heard Acoustra at a wedding fair in January 2017 and we thought they sounded fantastic so we booked them immediately and we were not disappointed.
The fact that Acoustra are not overly loud but still have a powerful rich lively sound attracted us to Acoustra as we have been to so many weddings where it is difficult to hear people speak over the band which can be really frustrating.
Also the band has a broad repertoire of music with a varied mix suiting all ages which we thought was great.
Bands can make or break weddings but at our wedding the floor was full all night and we received numerous complements around the band and indeed positive enquiries around who the band were.
Acoustra also learned our first dance which was a Norah Jones song. It was really special to hear this played by a live band on the night

Accoustra played at our wedding on the 18th November, 2 days ago, myself & my husband, would highly recommend this band, the lads were so professional, interacted with the crowd, were in contact on the lead up to our wedding on any songs we would want played they would sort. Our guests are still raving how lively they were the floor was full for the night. I especially loved the sing song at the end of the night.
